AIMS Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the AIMS Google DeepMind Scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:
- African Citizenship: You must be a citizen of any African country.
- Residency: You must be residing anywhere in Africa at the time of application.
- Academic Qualification: You must hold a four-year undergraduate degree or a three-year undergraduate degree with an Honours year completed by August 2024 (or December 2024 for Southern African applicants).
- Field of Study: Your undergraduate degree should be in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field with a strong foundation in mathematics and computation.
- Master’s program enrollment: You must be enrolling in a Masters degree program.
- No prior AIMS scholarship: You cannot have previously received a scholarship award from AIMS.
- Passion for STEM: You must demonstrate a strong passion for Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
AIMS Scholarship Application Requirements
