About the SAPOA Bursary

The bursary also extends to postgraduate programs like Property Development and Management (PGDipPDM), Masters programs, and PhD programs that are property-related.

SAPOA Bursary Eligibility Criteria

- Be currently enrolled in Matric or have completed Matric.
- You must be studying or be accepted/registered to study a full-time property-related qualification listed above.
- Be studying or be accepted/registered to study at an accredited tertiary institution in South Africa.
SAPOA Bursary Application Requirements

- Certified copy of your ID document
- Grade 11 or latest report card (if currently in Matric)
- Matric certificate (if completed Matric)
- Proof of registration for 2024 (if currently studying)
- Provisional Acceptance Letter/ waitlist Letter/ proof of application for 2025 (if currently in Matric)
- Most recent official academic transcripts (if currently studying)
- ID documents of your parents/guardians or a death certificate if deceased
- Proof of household income from your parents/guardians (3 months’ payslips if employed, affidavit if unemployed, or SASSA documents if receiving a grant)
- Unabridged Birth Certificate (including your parents’ details) (optional)
- Motivational letter highlighting your reasons for applying
- Curriculum Vitae (required if currently studying, optional if currently in Matric)
