The Federation of Hospitality Associations of South Africa (FEDHASA) is a non-profit organization representing the hospitality industry in South Africa. 

FEDHASA’s mission is to promote and protect the interests of its members, which include hotels, restaurants, lodges, and other hospitality establishments. 

The organization also plays a big role in driving tourism and economic growth in the country.

About FEDHASA Cape Bursary

The FEDHASA Cape Bursary is a financial aid program specifically designed to assist South African students who wish to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. 

The bursary covers tuition fees, accommodation, and other essential expenses related to the student’s studies. 

The aim of the bursary is to nurture future leaders in the hospitality sector and contribute to the development of the industry in the Western Cape province.

FEDHASA Cape Bursary Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the FEDHASA Cape Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Applicants must be South African citizens.
  2. You must have a strong academic record, as evidenced by their matriculation results or previous academic transcripts.
  3. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be unable to afford their studies without the bursary.
  4. Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enroll in a hospitality-related course at a recognized South African university or tertiary institution.

FEDHASA Cape Bursary Application Requirements

Applicants for the FEDHASA Bursary must submit the following documents:

  1. Completed Application Form: A completed application form must be submitted, providing personal and academic details.
  2. Matric Certificate or Equivalent: Copies of the applicant’s matric certificate or equivalent qualification must be provided.
