  2. Residency: You must be a resident of an African, European, or Middle Eastern country.
  3. Current Studies: Applicants must be currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program at a university (applicable to the 2021/2022 academic year).
  4. Future Studies: You must be enrolled or accepted into a full-time degree program (Bachelors, Masters, or PhD) commencing in the 2022/2023 academic year.
  5. University Accreditation: The university you are enrolled in or applying to must be a recognized and accredited institution within Africa, Europe, or the Middle East.
  6. Field of Study: Your chosen field of study must be directly related to game development, such as video game programming, game engineering, game design and development, or a closely related discipline.
  7. Academic Record: Demonstrating a strong academic record through excellent grades is essential.
  8. Leadership Potential: The scholarship seeks candidates with proven leadership skills.

Residents of countries with embargoes or those subject to export controls and sanctions are not eligible to apply.
