KPMG Bursary South Africa 2025

KPMG is a globally recognized leader in audit, tax, and advisory services that offers bursaries in South Africa to support aspiring Chartered Accountants.

With roots dating back to 1895, KPMG has a rich history and extensive network, making it a coveted employer for many South African graduates.

About the KPMG Bursary

KPMG offers two bursary options for South African students pursuing a SAICA accredited Chartered Accounting (CA(SA)) qualification:

  1. Pure Merit Bursary: Awarded solely based on academic performance. This bursary caters to students with strong academic records who don’t require significant financial assistance.
  2. Merit Bursary with Financial Need: Combines academic achievement with a demonstrated financial need. This bursary is designed to help deserving students overcome financial barriers to achieving their CA(SA) qualification.

The bursary amount and duration are determined by KPMG based on a student’s academic performance and the availability of bursary funds.

Bursary recipients are expected to enter into a learnership (training contract) with KPMG upon graduation.
