- Be a South African citizen
- Have completed your Matric qualification
- Currently be enrolled full-time for a BSc, BEng, BTech, or ND qualification in one of the aforementioned fields (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Science, or Construction Management) at a recognized South African tertiary institution
- Have completed your first year of study (or demonstrate upcoming first-year enrollment)
- Demonstrate a good academic history
- Students with disabilities are encouraged to apply
- Preference will be given to students residing in KwaZulu-Natal
