- Full-Time Actuarial Studies: You must be enrolled full-time in one of the approved Actuarial Science programs listed below:
- BBus Science Actuarial Science
- BCom Actuarial Science
- BSc Actuarial Science
- BSc Actuarial and Financial Mathematics
- You must have completed your first year of studies while maintaining a minimum overall average of 70%.
- Accredited University: You must be studying at a recognized and accredited South African tertiary institution.
- No Conflicting Bursaries: You cannot be receiving financial aid for the 2025 academic year from another bursary program.
- Passion and Skills: Possess a strong passion for numbers, enthusiasm for the Actuarial profession, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, self-discipline, motivation, integrity, honesty, a results-oriented approach, and a commitment to deadlines.
