PSiRA works towards a vision of a legitimate and transformed private security sector, promoting a well-respected and highly professional workforce.
About the PSiRA Bursary
The PSiRA Bursary is an initiative designed to offer financial assistance to the children of registered and active security officers.
This bursary program forms part of PSiRA’s commitment to social investment within the security sector.
It aims to create better opportunities for the next generation by providing access to higher education at TVET colleges (Technical and Vocational Education and Training Colleges) across South Africa.
The PSiRA Bursary covers tuition fees for up to R12,000 per learner for a duration of 18 months.
This valuable support allows children of security officers to pursue their academic goals in various fields offered by TVET colleges.
