SEDISA Trust Bursary

Founded in 2010, SEDISA Trust is dedicated to empowering previously disadvantaged young women of color in South Africa by offering financial support for their tertiary education.

This initiative aims not only to facilitate their academic pursuits but also to enhance their lives as young South African women.

The SEDISA Trust Bursary program prioritizes students who aspire to build careers in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and related fields. The bursary covers tuition fees, accommodation, and book costs.

SEDISA Trust Bursary Requirements and Eligibility

To qualify for a SEDISA Trust Bursary, applicants must:

  • Be black female students (according to BBBEE codes)
  • Hold South African citizenship
  • Have a strong academic record
  • Be economically disadvantaged How to Apply

  • Certified copy of your ID
  • Cover letter
  • Proof of registration at your educational institution
  • Fee statement
  • List of study costs
  • Certified copy of academic transcripts or matric certificate
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
