How to confirm a college is public yourself
- Find the college on DHET’s public TVET list for your province.
- Use the college’s current website, which for Elangeni is elangeni.edu.za.
- Be careful with old addresses. The DHET list still shows an outdated Elangeni web address that is now parked and for sale.
