Is Unisa still open for 2027 applications?

Yes, until 9 October 2026 for undergraduate qualifications, honours degrees and postgraduate diplomas. Applications opened on 17 August 2026. Master’s and doctoral applications run from 1 September to 20 November 2026.

How much is the Unisa application online?

How long does it take for Unisa to Finalise registration?

Unisa only finalises your registration once it receives at least the minimum payment. NSFAS-funded students on the approved funding list do not pay it.

It usually takes about  48 hours after payment has been made for it to reflect.
